The following terminology applies to this Payment Policy: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of United States. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Law Enforcement

At ServerDeploy, we strive to maintain the highest standards of service and ethical behavior. However, in the event of any legal dispute or claim, we will abide by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of or related to your use of our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with the arbitration to take place in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

In the event that we are required to defend or settle any legal claims or disputes, we reserve the right to take any necessary action, including the use of legal counsel. Any costs associated with such action will be the responsibility of the party causing the legal dispute or claim.

We may also be required to comply with legal requests for information or data, including subpoenas or court orders. In such cases, we will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your personal information is protected and disclosed only as required by law.

If any provision of this policy is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision will be deemed severable from the remaining provisions and will not affect their validity and enforceability.

Please note that this policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable data protection laws, including your right to file a complaint with the appropriate regulatory authority in your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. We encourage you to review this policy periodically for any updates or changes.

Payment Information

At ServerDeploy, we offer two types of plans: Servers and Private Nodes. We take the security of our services seriously, and therefore we reserve the right to review and check these servers and nodes at any time. In the event that we receive a request from a government or legal authority, we may need to allow access to these services. Similarly, if we receive reports that our services are being used to attack other companies, we may need to investigate and take action as necessary.

For Private Nodes, we require payment on the due date, and we reserve the right to cancel all servers and the node until payment is made. We use Stripe as our payment gateway for all transactions. Please note that we do not offer refunds for any payments made.

Server Payments

When you make a server in our panel, We use the stripe checkout api and the tebex payment gateway for easy and safe transactions world wide. Once you pay every single month you will get an email for an invoice to keep your server if you wish to not use it anymore, you can just cancel you subscription. Please note that any information that you uploaded using our services got lost or anything, it is not our fault. Even if we delete that server due to you breaking our terms.

Private Node Payments

We now offer Private Nodes for customers who prefer exclusive access to their resources. To set up a Private Node, you will need to speak with our owner on Discord to discuss the details and create a customized plan just for you. Payment for Private Nodes follows the same process as for Server plans (just through direct links).

We do no refunds here at ServerDeploy

Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to make changes to this policy at any time. We will notify all users of any changes made to the policy.
